Program Description
The Associate of Science in Holistic Nutrition is designed for individuals passionate about health and wellness through natural and whole-food-based approaches. This program explores the science of nutrition through a holistic lens, emphasizing the interconnection between diet, lifestyle, and well-being. Students will learn foundational biological sciences, holistic health principles, nutritional therapy, and wellness coaching strategies to promote optimal health in individuals and communities.
This fully online program combines academic rigor with flexibility, allowing students to study from anywhere while preparing for roles in wellness centers, health coaching, natural product industries, or continuing toward a bachelor’s degree in holistic health or nutrition.
