Program Description
The Associate of Science in Integrative Health Studies offers students a foundational education in holistic and evidence-based approaches to health and wellness. Blending conventional health sciences with complementary and alternative therapies, this program prepares students for entry-level roles in the expanding field of integrative health or as a stepping stone toward a bachelor’s degree in health sciences, alternative medicine, or related disciplines. Students will explore mind-body medicine, nutrition, wellness coaching, herbal studies, and more, with a strong emphasis on scientific inquiry, cultural competence, and client-centered care.
Graduates will be equipped to assist in wellness centers, community health programs, holistic clinics, or pursue further studies to become holistic health practitioners, wellness coaches, or integrative health professionals.
