Program Description:

The Associate of Science in Mindfulness & Meditation is an interdisciplinary online degree program designed to cultivate personal awareness, emotional regulation, and mental clarity through evidence-based mindfulness practices and meditation techniques. Rooted in both modern neuroscience and ancient contemplative traditions, this program blends theory and practice to prepare students for careers in wellness coaching, healthcare support roles, education, or further studies in psychology, counseling, or holistic health.

Students will gain foundational knowledge in human biology, psychology, and neuroscience while developing core competencies in guided meditation, stress reduction techniques, and the ethical application of mindfulness in professional settings. Graduates will be equipped to support mental wellness in individual or group settings, or to incorporate mindfulness strategies in educational, health, or corporate environments.
